Mentor Verification Issue

In some instances mentors are not able to view the mentor verification page.

ImBlaze Educator App Attendance Alerts Error

We have been notified that the ImBlaze Educator App is reporting an error when educators are trying to resolve attendance alerts. We know that this issue is tied to a product update we released Monday morning and are working to quickly resolve the issue. Until then, attendance reporting is working without issue through the web portal login. (https://imblaze.my.site.com/s/)

Quick fix related the the update earlier in the day.

Student attendance checkout issue.

We have received reports that some students are not able to check out of their internships at the end of the day. This may be limited to only Android devices (students can check out through their web login). The ImBlaze team is actively investigating.

This was actually a very small issue.

Web Portal Mapping Down

The mapping in the web portal for students, educators and coordinators is currently not working. We are actively troubleshooting the issue. Please disregard the Salesforce Support instructions.

Salesforce has resolved this issue internally.

Mentor Attendance Verification Temporarily Disabled

The Mentor Attendance Verification website is currently disabled while we resolve an issue

Changes were made to the permission set.
